I decided to completely go through my car. I started by: pull motor, tranny, exhaust. disassemble engine. take heads, crank to machine shop with new pistons/rods (bore/balance/porting/+1mm valves) order shit ton of parts during that downtime: remove front/rear suspension I replaced all bushings, wheel bearings, SPL front/rear, coilovers removed HICAS replaced pwrs steering rack installed subframe/front rear suspension installed oversized brakes (I did Brembo's). front/rear suspension installed, garbage removed build lines for e85 and install 2nd fuel pump (if doing e85). Now everything under the car should be good. I also had SpecZ rebuild my rear differential. All 25 year old moving/rubber seals not replaced. Finish building motor to your liking. If you're confused on parts, I can email a list of gaskets/parts. Machine shop work and ordering parts takes a while. Easy to forget one stupid part which can delay everything. Then do interior/exterior. I'm working on a 500 hp on 91 700hp on e85 build. My only variable from other 700/800 builds is that I had Forced Performance modify my old TD05-16g setup.
